A core of PPSU is overmolded with silicone for robustness and meet strict safety standards. A small pull tab allows extraction from the mouth whilst minimising weight and maintaining the centre of balance.
Multiple design routes were prototyped & mechanically tested; and costed to ensure that the commercial scale could be mapped and strict timeline met.
The soothers were competitively bench marked so that a superior weight claim could be substantiated.
